Classes
It is so great to be teaching classes again.
Even long before covid, I had stopped group sessions to focus on other stuff, and now that "other stuff" is under my belt, I can integrate all the elements to bring classes that are broader, deeper and more heart-centred, as well as strengthening.
Elements of core strengthening, body connection (eg foot to hip), fascial flow and breathing work - both functional and positional to amplify function and capacity.

MOVE | BREATHE | PERFORM
This classes integrates some elements of fascial flow, nourishing and connecting the fibres of the body for free movement and reducing injury risk. We work with the breath and nervous system as well, to amplify functional capacity, calm and confidence.
And, of course, we challenge and strengthen.

MOVE | BREATHE | FLOW
The emphasis in this class is finding balance and flow.
We nourish the nervous system, anchor into the breath and let go of tension and judgement to bounce, sway, and integrate it all into a strengthening and freeing flow of movement.

These will be 90-120 mins sessions with functional breathwork component and then a Breathe-To-Perform component, brining positional breathing and fascial flow into strength positions, so that you can really amplify your capacity in the gym.
This helps to widen your spectrum of movement, reduce injury risk and add a new dimension to your fitness.
