Situated between Toulousse and Carcasson, La Borde Blanque is a dedicated gite with accomodation, large yoga hall and beautiful grounds. With private beach access to the river, we offer a five day experience that will have you returning with more confidence, better movement, restored mind and body, and a toolbox full of ways to harmonise into your best self.

MOVE:
Postural restoration, Yoga, Fascial Flow and Strength

Unlock your bodies capacity to move with fluidity and strength, to restore your nervous system and to amplify performance.

Drawing on the principles of postural restoration (PRI), fascial flow (nourishing the nervous system through gentle movement), and yoga. Monica & Jess will guide you through daily sessions of different types of movement aimed at integrating your body fitness with breath, nervous system regulation and deep restoration.

BREATHE:

Breath is integral to opening up the tissues, balancing the nervous system, being present to self and amplifying the pathways of communication and vitality throughout the body.

Monica is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Breathing Instructor, and both Jess and Monica use breath to restore posture and find deeper relaxation.

There will be two functional breathing sessions, as well as full integration of breath throughout the retreat, especially giving you a chance to practice nasal breathing during your stay.

HEAL:

We want you to feel held, nourished and connected during your time with us.

Not just with the group sessions, but with the beautiful natural space around us, and to your capacity, your mind and your heart.

We want to support you in integrating all the aspects that make you human; living, loving and growing in this world.

BESPOKE:

From before your arrival to three months after you leave our retreat, you will have a bespoke movement and wellbeing plan. Created according to your intentions before coming, and what arises during your time with us, we want to understand and reduce the gaps between how you move and feel, and how you want to move and feel. You will have your own video'd exercise plan to practice, check-ins at 6 and 12 weeks post-retreat and detailed attention throughout your time with us.

Your booking includes one treatment session of 90 mins with Monica, and if time allows, you can book a second session at cost.

Personal counselling will also be available after the retreat if you would find that supportive towards the changes you want to make in Body Brain and Heart.
